• My very expensive Samsung Black Stainless (not Whirlpool) ALL peeled and were NOT covered under warranty by either Samsung or BEST BUY. Whirlpool can you guarantee that the process has changed and that the "black stainless" is not a FILM as I was only told after purchase. Many buyers had the same issue and are stuck with horrible looking appliances

• I sure hope not! That wouldn't be a feature! I've only had it 3 weeks now, but so far, no finger marks at all and the outer skin seems to be excellent.
