Press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, then press LOCK to initiate the reset, then press MEASURED FILL to confirm that you want to reset the status light. A:AnswerWe were told do not put anything into the refrigerator for 24 hours...we were also told the food would spoil because the refrigerator is setting the temperature during this time....that is what we did.... working perfect and everything gets cold

A:AnswerThis happens to us too. I can't count the number of times I have had to throw away frozen eggs, yogurts, and lettuce. The only thing I have found that helps is moving items that are sensitive to the cold temperature to the bottom level. I'm bummed that we are both having issues with this!
