Press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, then press LOCK to initiate the reset, then press MEASURED FILL to confirm that you want to reset the status light. A:AnswerThis happens to us too. I can't count the number of times I have had to throw away frozen eggs, yogurts, and lettuce. The only thing I have found that helps is moving items that are sensitive to the cold temperature to the bottom level. I'm bummed that we are both having issues with this!
