Why has the ice dispenser stopped putting out ice null

I had to replace my ice maker and I’ve only had this problematic refrigerator since 7/31/25 and had 3 service calls with 4th scheduled this week. This refrigerator has been a constant problem!!! It stopped making ice after 2.5 months.
