“Just bought this refrigerator. Whenever I press on the water dispenser lever with a glass the water doesn't go in the glass but spills outside. Please help. This happens all the time. Is the water spout not adjusted correctly?”

Hi Kunal, a bigger size glass may need to be used in the Refrigerator. Please try to use a bigger glass, if that does not work please call Whirlpool for troubleshooting at 800-253-1301. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-4pm Eastern Standard Time.
