- Answer I bought it and noticed that cold water is barely cold in my brand new buy so it either cools a bit or not at all and slight coolness is just accidental from fridge itself. I put ice all the time to get it cooler.

- Answer I haven't had this issue, if it does get hot make sure the factory plastic wrap has been removed and ask your tech to leave some room for proper ventilation in the area where they will be locating the Refrigerator .
