Slide it out but the molded plastic tray will not come out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For anyone else wanting to know how to do this. This was hard to find. For some reason, the manual doesn't tell you how to do this, even though this is something that needs to be wiped out and cleaned often. The tray will slide forward and stop, seemingly becoming stuck. However, the tray rides on little tracks and there is a lip that stops the tray from sliding all the way out unintentionally. Once you have the tray pulled out to where it stops, take your other hand and pull up slightly in the back and simultaneously pull the tray forward. Theres a video on youtube that shows how to do this (and many other useful things), but comments with links aren't allowed. See screenshot below. Once you clear the lip, tray can be removed completely for cleaning or maintenance.
