Q: QuestionWhat size are the milk jugs shown in the door? My husband says that space isn't as big as it looks and that they are half-gallon or quart size, but they look gallon size to me. Also, does the stainless lean toward very shiny or somewhat less shiny?

• A:Answer There are four slotted sections in the rear of the cabinet, you just need lift the front of the shelf up,apply slight downward pressure to the rear of the shelf to release it from the slot and remove it. Once you decide where the shelf will work best for you, simply reverse the process.

• A:Answer You should measure the opening for the refrigerator before you order it. Most refrigerators will fit standard spaces in a given size range. But if it arrives and it doesn't fit, ask the delivery guys to measure the space and send it back. Then re-order one that fits the space.

• A:Answer The water dispenser has an indicator that lights up that tells you to order a filter. So far on mine, it still is telling me to order a filter. I assume it will change to install a filter when it senses it is time to do so.
