It takes a bit of an effort to open up the dispenser to see the ice tray. We haven’t had issues with the ice maker as such but it does seem to make only small amounts of ice at a time. We like the it overall. You may want to call them in to look at it if you got coverage on it. I know that seems frustrating but it may just be a simple fix and they can show you just how much effort to open the dispenser. I know it does not solve the problem but hope that helps.
