• I am having the same problem. Dishes are very wet, and so are the sides of the dishwasher. Something seems off to me.

• I just got mine and have used it 3x and having the same issue with drying. Don’t understand it.

• My dishes come out completely dry on the 1 hour wash cycle.

We recommend checking that your water heater is set at a minimum of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and assuring that you are using Rinse Aid as it is essential to the drying process. • I am having the same issue with drying as well. I had never had an issue with my old dishwasher and I never used a drying agent. Also, the water heater is set at the correct temperature.

• yes sir i am also having the same problem...all the dishes are wet specially the plastic items after the cycle.
