“Mine never dries dishes very well. How do I know if the heating element is not working or it's just by design can't dry dishes very well?”

• When the unit is drying you should be able to see steam come from the vent. It is very hot. If it is on drying cycle and it does not feel hot then the element is not working.

• Hi Wayne, thank you for your inquiry. We do suggest, for best drying performance, that you use a rinse aid like Jet Dry. It causes a sheeting action that does not allow water to stick to the porous surfaces of the side and dishes.
