“Will installer adjust the cutout size? I am replacing an existing 35 year old double wall oven, but the length of cutout is a few inches shy of the requirement. I have space both on top and bottom for adjustment. Will installer do this?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. The people at my Best Buy said they would make "minor" adjustments but that did not include expanding the cut out area. I had the unit "delivered with no installation" rather than "deliver and install" and then had a contractor come to make the cutout and install the unit. It turned out to be cheaper than having Best Buy install the unit. I would not rely on Best Buy to make significant modifications but to be sure, ask the customer service rep at your Best Buy store.
