Kate: The actual exterior width of the oven is 23 3/4, so you will have an extra 3/4 inch gap. The oven doesn't come with any kind of additional trim for these situations and I doubt Whirlpool would have any type of trim kit since it would be impossible for them to know what type of cabinetry they would have to try and match. Depending on your cabinetry, maybe you can find a similar piece of paneling or wood that you can cut down and use to fill the gaps on each side. Off hand, I can't think of an easier solution outside of buying a bigger oven... which I assume isn't really an option.
