Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Actually the finish is in between. Not glossy and Not flat. Has a gray, brown tone. I ordered full appliance package online and really wasn’t sure what to expect. Definitely a little more delicate than I anticipated. I recommend going to a local store and looking at a whirlpool appliance, any because the color is the same. In fact you can not mix whirlpool black stainless with any other brand it will not match. Overall I like the look, it’s a personal preference. Good luck and I hope my response helped.
