• I had the same issue and as it turns out the insert wasn't removed from the garbage disposal to the dishwasher. Whirlpool has a year warranty so I called a local company out and they fixed the issue for free.

• If you have this hooked up to a garbage disposal unhook the house from it and put your finger in there to make sure that connection is clear.

• There could be a clog in the P trap underneath your kitchen sink or a clog further down the drain piping in your house.
