How long does it take fridge to cool down null

Songees, Please allow 24 hours following installation for the refrigerator to cool completely.

Our brand new out of the wrapper unit did not cool down. Tech service was called and discovered compressor was broken and a line was severed. Now waiting on parts. Very disappointed. Hope the parts come in quickly as we need the refrigerator to be working.
