• A:Answer if you mean 500+ ppm in the water then yes it works fine, rarely white spot. We do use those dishwasher pod and liquid that helps with water stain.

• A:Answer I don't think so, I was told that I had to have a water line connection and shut off valve on the main floor, with an electric outlet on the main floor or be hard wired with a connection on the main floor.

• A:Answer No. You will need an adapter to adapt your hot water hose to the approx. 1" screw on to the dishwasher. The drain hose and power cable come with this machine but 6' length only.

Q: QuestionJust got this dishwasher after replacing 25 year old one. We have always used powder dishwashing detergent. Samples that came with new washer are pods and a rinse aid. Can we still used powdered detergent? And do we have to use the rinse aid? Thanks -bb

• A:Answer Hi AMEKMW. There are feet on the underside of this unit. The minimum height with the feet removed is 33 5/8" and if the feet are still on the unit after having installed they are adjustable. If however, the kitchen floor is higher than the cabinet opening’s floor - for example, the kitchen floor tile does not extend into the cabinet opening - add shims, as needed, in the area shown to bring cabinet floor up to same level as the kitchen floor. If you require further explanation, please either refer to the Owner's Manual that came with the unit, or reach out to us at 866-698-2538 Mon-Tues 8 AM-8 PM Wed-Fri 9 AM-7 PM EST if you need a copy of the installation guide located in the Owner's Manual.
