HEAVY, NORMAL OR QUICK are your choices. I wish I never go this thing. The top plastic black "label" to make washing choices came off within 2 weeks! These types of parts are Never Under Warranty. My Normal Wash with Dry takes 3 1/2 hours! Don't get me started on the third rack, which is useless.
