Please try again later.I don’t know - I waited from 8-12pm and the Best Buy company delivered a damaged item on Dec 1, which was not installed; can you believe it today is Dec 12th and I’ve called 4 times, help for at least and hour, went into the store to try to get help; and as if this message No one from Best Buy has called back or contacted me to try and help! To top it off then on Dec 3rd delivered 1/2 my order on Dec 3rd - waited feom 9-1pm and they forgot to bring a range and they havent called or contacted me re: that either! Total Tech - No / Total incompetence - YES!
