“This item is backordered with the delivery date being pushed further. I ordered in August and need ASAP. Why do other retailers have it for immediate delivery? I'd rather not cancel my entire order.”

Whirlpool, iI did what you said. Customer service is blaming Whirlpool for not supplying enough to Best Buy. Can you send them some sooner?
