• I'm not sure about Phoenix but this fridge is excellent . There is so much room in the fridge and the freezer . I am very very pleased with this purchase.

• Probably not. I had to special order mine because I did not want the ice maker. I put mine in the garage where I do not have a water line. It also gave me more interior freezer space.
