• Passing comment, what type of plug does the US model cone with? 3-prong or 2-prong polarized??? That is probably why the system shows the alert..

• Hi Laura, this Whirlpool - 25.1 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator does come with a power cord.
