“bought this fridge and had you deliver and install last Sat. Twice the freezer drawer did not seal and much frost built up. Unless the drawer is pulled out squarely in the middle of the handle and pushed back the same way does not close completely”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We bought this same fridge just over 2 weeks ago. It was delivered and put together by Best Buy technicians as well. We have not had any issues with the freezer drawer not sealing properly. It was all taped shut and we just removed the tape. I wonder if something was installed off kilter at the factory? I would think Best Buy should send someone to look at it free of charge to make sure everything was put together correctly!
