Napoleanne, the doors are able to be removed for install.

We were told they can come off, but the delivery men opened the doors of the fridge and angled them into the room without having to take them off to get through our door that was narrower than the fridge with the doors closed. It worked fine.

Yes. Although it made it through the front door with only handle removal necessary. Nice unit, it was a good buy.
