does this refrigerator dispense cold water? null

I bought it and noticed that cold water is barely cold in my brand new buy so it either cools a bit or not at all and slight coolness is just accidental from fridge itself. I put ice all the time to get it cooler.

No, it is only cold for the first glass or after many hours, otherwise it comes out tap water temp.

It is suppose to, the water is not cold at all when it comes out.
