A:AnswerIt puts out a lot more ice that the ones with the ice maker in the door, My parents have had a couple of whirlpool refrigerators and the ones with the ice makers in the doors are good for a small family or empty nesters, but when they have guest over those small ice makers can't keep up. Luckly thaey have another refrigerator in the garage with an ice maker.
A:AnswerThere might be something wrong with that particular fridge. You may want to have them come out and look at it.
Was the filter put in correctly, etc. I have that same model as of 3 weeks now. don't have anything like that.

A:AnswerNever had the issue. It sounds like all packaging materials was not removed from Ice holder. I would remove the ice holder, clean it out and reinstall.
A:AnswerMine did not, but on another note my fridge will make ice , then won’t dump it . There is multiple people who has said the same thing . Not sure why but something to look into.
A:Answeryou will need to request the water kit that attaches to the refrigerator and you will need the hose that attaches to the water line. My water kit was included in my total price however I it was not originally delivered when the refrigerator came. Did not know I was expected to have the hose. When they deliver your refrigerator make sure you ask for the hook up otherwise they will not hook it up the team had to come back to my house a second time because mthe kit was not on the truck the day of the delivery
