QuestionIt has been 24 hours since installation. It is making ice and water dispenses but the water is not coming out cold. Is there a button to set it to cold? Anyone else having this issue? Thanks for the help!

QuestionThe fridge door handle at the bottom came off - the top is still attached barely but we have tried to take it out and put it back in and we’re not sure how to do it. How does this get put on? It’s not broken just need to know how to properly put back on

QuestionHow long does it take to fill up the ice bin? I got my fridge installed a week ago, it does not even reach half way. I flushed 3 gallons of water when I got it installed. Is this how all Whirpool fridges are? or did I get a defective one..

- Answer It will make ice faster as your unit gets settled in. Make sure your freezer temp is set low. If it's set too high it will take longer to make ice.

- Answer Yes it dies, it will give you crushed or cubed ice. It has a water dispenser also however the water isn't cold like you would think it would be. I do love the refrigerator, it has a lot of room and its claim for fingerprint resistant is true.

QuestionJust had this model delivered but failed to ask how to turn ice maker on/off. On the ice maker itself it reads "Ensure that the ice maker is on (on/off switch below ice maker - right position)". Only problem there is no on/off switch below it. Any ideas?

- Answer inside the freezer by the ice maker there is a metal arm that you push up or down to turn off or on. You open the door to where the ice is held and it's on the left

QuestionOur water supply to refrigerator is in the basement beneath the frig. There is a copper tube from the source to the frig. Is that okay for installation. The source is more than six feet away. Is this okay.
