My experience from our last one can be the control panel on the back wall and also it could be that the coils down below can have a lot of dust dog/cat hair that can make it freeze up. Good luck

Please try again later.Hi Sandi, you may need to adjust the temperature down a little bit, as well as make sure the vents located in the freezer section are not obstructed.
