I wish 'Whirlpool Team' read their own manuals. The link they posted here is to a manual that does not contain ONE WORD about electrical requirements of this oven. According to what I've been able to dig up online, it requires a 40amp 208V circuit, but it certainly would be helpful to have this information provided by the actual manufacturer in the actual installation manual - which Whirlpool chose not to do, for whatever reason.

Please try again later.The installation guide referred to by the manufacturer, illustrates in the connection table, that each of the noted models can be connected to either 120/ 208 or 120/ 240. The difference between the connection will effect the total power output of the oven. The higher 240 volt connection yielding a higher oven output power as indicated. Now, that may result in a different wire size and breaker size. The requirements are noted in text below the voltage / output table. Any licensed electrician will have no difficulty determining the wiring requirements for these units.
