Why are their no oven racks included in this stove? null

Didn’t know that there are no oven racks !!!! We bought this for our park model home as we just renovated the kitchen n needed new appliances......we have not been up there n used this oven so this is a surprise to me that there r no oven racks !!!

Hello Swifty, this Range comes with two racks. We would recommend you contacting Whirlpool's call center for troubleshooting at 800-253-1301. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-4pm Eastern Standard Time.
