• The first machine I bought had all kinds of different problems. I called Best Buy to come and get it and bring me one that works. They exchanged it with no problems wit the exact make and model machine and this one works perfectly. I love it. It is quiet, efficient and cleans well and rinses really well. I am so glad I didn't keep the other one and mess around with repair men in and out and being angry. You have a couple weeks from purchase to exchange items at Best Buy. They were Great!
