Q: QuestionWe just purchased this stacked unit, and during the first two dryer loads, the dryer vent “ate” the Bounce fabric softener sheet each time - is this “normal?” Also, while the lower washer unit sits still while the dryer is on, the top dryer unit sways.

Q: QuestionIn my research, I show this model, WET4027EW, as being 2.5 cu ft with only 8, not 9 wash cycles. Model WETLV27HW is 3.5 with 9 cycles. Am I wrong?
