I'm sorry I can't answer your question. My unit is in a closet that was made in my kitchen for this unit. When we bought this house, this is where their twin set was. I had to buy another set and the installers had to hook up everything in the back and then set the unit in, but I know the dryer vent is directly behind the unit, That is all I know, sorry.
