Q: QuestionWhat causes the washer cycle to stop after filling with water on the rinse cycle? Also are the electrical sensors or controls located on the underside of the dryer located above the washer lid? I look forward to your reply.

Q: QuestionIs there a minimum clearance recommended in the back for this unit? How much space does the dryer vent hose need in the back? Could it wind around the unit and over to my vent outlet on the side wall?

• A:Answer I'm sorry I can't answer your question. My unit is in a closet that was made in my kitchen for this unit. When we bought this house, this is where their twin set was. I had to buy another set and the installers had to hook up everything in the back and then set the unit in, but I know the dryer vent is directly behind the unit, That is all I know, sorry.

Q: Questiondoes this unit require special wiring and outside venting.. if so do you sell the units that are portable that can be rolled up to a water source and then stored in a closet until needed...i was told they do exist in places like rent a center
