“What causes the washer cycle to stop after filling with water on the rinse cycle? Also are the electrical sensors or controls located on the underside of the dryer located above the washer lid? I look forward to your reply.”

Hello! The unit has sensors so it will stop filling when the sensors state it needs to. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
