QuestionThank you for the response. I did contact Whirlpool and I am out of luck on any warranty. I purchased a control panel and unfortunately that did not fix the problem. If there are any other ideas? I would be a happy to try them out.

- Answer Hello, There are no set range of cycle times for this model of washer. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing.
