• A:Answer The oven has a standard 220V hardwired connection, it does not have a plug. Once you make the electrical connections and slide the oven in, there are a couple of screws the hold the sides of the oven to the cabinet. The hardest part of installing the oven is removing the door, but the directions cover that pretty well, there are little latches that you have to move and then slightly open the door and pull. It took me about 25 min and I have no experience installing ovens.

• A:Answer Not sure what you mean by glass control. It does have touch control (no knobs) on the front of the oven. The control panel is above the door and there is a nice sized glass window on the door.

Q: Questionhow much is installation?will they be able to take our old oven too?

• A:Answer Best Buy will take the old oven away but you will have to remove it from the cabinets and power cables first. The Best Buy Deliver guys will not install this oven since it is hard wired, you need to make sure that they arrange for a 3rd party installer if you can't do this yourself but honestly it takes five minutes to attach the color coded wires.

Q: QuestionHow much clearance for width necessary?Is it okay for the cabinet to be just a little larger in width than the cut out dimension? Our cabinet is about 1/2" larger inside than the cutout dimension. The oven will fit, but there will only be about 1/2" of clearance between the cabinet and the over on the sides. Is this okay?
