“Just bought this oven. Why does one need to remove a rack for the rapid preheat? If I just want to bake 1 item, it'd be very inconvenient to have to take a rack out every time.”

• I did not see where it said you have to remove oven rack in the instruction manual, mine was just installed 1/16/2020
