• A:Answer Hello! For model WFES5030RZ: IMPORTANT: Cooktop scrapers may damage the coating and potentially diminish cleaning performance. 1. Ensure that the cooktop has cooled to room temperature. 2. Cover food/residue with water for a minimum of 5 minutes. Ensure coverage over the entire affected area. 3. Wipe with a non-abrasive sponge. NOTE: If water dries or food/residue persists on the cooking surface, repeat Steps 2 and 3.
