For model WVU17UC0JS per the Owner's Manual https://s3.amazonaws.com/sm-backend-production-attachments/owners-manual-w11508854-reva.pdf Vent system can terminate either through the roof or wall. Use 7" (17.8 cm) or larger round vent with a maximum length of 50 ft (15.2 m) for vent system. Thank you for your inquiry about our Whirlpool® appliances.
