• There are digital control for each section. They are preset at 4 from manufacturer. So far, that has been perfect for my use, it can be set colder, just haven't needed to do that.

• Jkl, the refrigerator should be between 34-40 degrees inside the refrigerator to avoid food freezing. If the unit is in a garage, the temperature should not go below 55' as the refrigerator could stop cooling at those temperatures and lower.
