• Ours came with a power cable. It is wired directly into the refrigerator unit. I can't see how they would sell one without that cord.

• The power cord is attached to the Refrigerator at the Factory. There is no fee for the power cord. When you purchase a range or clothes dryer they recommend a new cord.

• Of course it has a power cord. The power cord is a separate purchase on ranges, but not on refrigerators.
