- Answer They told us recommemded bar at the middle, under the check mark.We have our for less than 1.month. But their is a allen that you need to tighthen inside of the hamdle. Hope it answers your question. Good luck.

Questionlooking at the front of the fridge, the very bottom left & right look the same online. At the store, on the bottom left it didn't look like the bottom right. The sales lady said it's because the water hook up part is there & that's how it is? she right?

QuestionI got the fridge two weeks ago and is a beauty. However, the water takes for ever. I read the instructions and yes water is way to slow. How can I check the water pressure? Would it be on the fridge or underneath the pipe by the sink were is connect?

QuestionWhirlpool specs require a 36-3/4" wide cut out but the unit is only 35-7/8" wide. Is this extra space needed or can the frig fit in my 36 wide space.? I have had a 35-7/8" wide Samsung in the space for 8 years.

QuestionYou advised NOT to use magnets on this model as it can cause discoloration. Is that only for the Black stainless Steel model or for the regular stainless steel model as well? Why does it cause discoloration on the black stainless steel?

- Answer Hi Larry, thank you for your inquiry. It can cause discoloration and damage to the finishes on both models. On the black stainless you will probably see more visible scratching and damage.

QuestionAbout a fourth of the time that I dispense ice, ice gets stuck in the dispenser flap. See image. How do I stop this from happening? Eventually the ice drops on the kitchen floor and makes a wet spot. Is my dispenser flap spring faulty or too strong?
