The refrigerator as deliver doe not look like the one in the photos on the bottom where the legs are. There are 2 inch gaps at each corner where you can plainly see a white circular plastic washer, some white grease and a couple of wires. Design flaw? null

There might be something wrong with that particular fridge. You may want to have them come out and look at it. 
Was the filter put in correctly, etc. I have that same model as of 3 weeks now. don't have anything like that. 
Perhaps it's how it was installed
