“I purchased a Whirpool 5000dw1, I put it on heavy duty load (for towels). It starts fine, goes thru wash and rinse cycle and then back to wash rinse never making it to spin and done. Takes over an hour but never spins Water out.”

What I do is turn it off and turn the dial to drain and spin. Then power it back on. Mine isnt broke. I just have house drain problems that i have to fix.
