• Yes it does. It does not come with hoses to connect to the laundry faucets.

• Yes. it comes with a power cord, however you have to purchase fill hoses for about $22.

• Hi, It comes with a power cord. You purchase the hot/cold water hoses separately. If your using Best Buys installers you have to purchase the hoses from them ahead of time I believe.
