“Why does my machine go off balance when I use the Bulky items/ Sheets. I washed sheets in the normal setting and it didn't go off balance.”

Perhaps your machine is not level and the higher spin causes if you go off balance more so
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Sue. Please make sure when you load the items in the Washer that they are in loose heaps around the Impeller. We also would recommend resetting the Washer from the circuit breaker for at least 5 minutes. If you need further assistance, please call Whirlpool at 800-253-1301.
