• Soap goes in the bottom prior to loading. No dispenser that I have found.

• There is none. You put in a detergent pod under the clothes or pour liquid detergent on top of the clothes. No dispenser for fabric softener either. You would have to use a downy ball or something like it for that. Note that even on 'deep water wash' with 2 rinse cycles I still get detergent deposits showing up on my dark clothes with this washer.
