“Whirlpool WTW5000DW3. I accidentally set this on soak. I open the door. When I shut the door it starts to fill with water, agitates slowly and stops. It does not drain, spin or wash.”

Hi Soaking, you can cancel the load on this wash by pressing and holding the "Start" button for 3 seconds. It should initiate a drain cycle. This can last up to 8-10 minutes. If, however, this doesn't allow the unit to drain, we suggest a "reboot" by either unplugging the unit or shutting it off at the breaker for 90 seconds, then powering back on. If the unit doesn't immediately start a drain cycle, (if it does, it can last from 8 to 10 min then shuts off) we suggest selecting "Drain & Spin" and hitting start.
