• Paula, cycle times for our Washers vary depending on cycle chosen, amount of water selected, and the amount of clothing sensed. We apologize but we do not have a set length for how long a Wash cycle should take.

• Does it have presoak turned on? Mine had it on and it took forever on first load. I shut presoak off and it runs for around a half hour. Normal cycle 1 rinse no presoak
