“washer installed recently with new purchase. towels and bedding come out wet on the quick cycle and on fast spin. seem to be able to only wash a small load if i want the clothes to not be wet on various cycles. does anyone else have this prob?”

• It works fine for me. Did you put too many items? If you take out some towels, will it be better?
